You’ll provide daily care, emotional support, transport to appointments/school, and trauma-informed responses to complex behaviours using Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) principles. What you bring Cert IV in Youth Work / Community Services (or equivalent) 3 months residential youth experience or transferable skills Blue Card Driver’s Licence (P2 or higher) Availability across AM/PM/active night shifts Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice (desirable) We value people who can stay calm under pressure, build trust quickly, and support young people through challenging behaviours with empathy and consistency.
