About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, this full-time, permanent position plays a key role in supporting business decision-making through the analysis of financial data and preparation of insightful reports. You will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders across the business, as well as external parties, making this a varied and highly visible role within the finance team. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and review balance sheet reconciliations Maintain financial records and deliver timely, high-quality reports Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports Manage the fixed asset register, including depreciation and capital planning Respond to finance-related queries to support business operations Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and documentation readiness Support the development and maintenance of finance policies and procedures Contribute to continuous improvement of financial controls and systems Provide broader support to the Finance Team as required About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office (SAP experience highly regarded but not essential) Manufacturing industry experience advantageous, but not essential What’s on Offer Join a respected global organisation with strong market presence Supportive team environment with exposure to diverse stakeholders Opportunity to grow and develop within a stable, long-term role Convenient Bundamba location If you are a motivated Accountant looking for a role where you can make an impact and grow your career, we would love to hear from you.
