We’re seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise applications and digital solutions. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving technology strategy, delivering impactful system improvements, and ensuring exceptional service outcomes for internal stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the applications roadmap, optimising platforms, and enabling a customer-first, digitally driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-12 application specialists Define and execute the applications and digital experience strategy Own demand management, prioritisation, and delivery of system enhancements Ensure reliable operation, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical platforms Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive alignment and value delivery Build business cases and secure funding for strategic initiatives Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget About You: Proven experience managing business systems or applications teams Strong background in technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategy Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce are essential) Commercially astute with the ability to balance long-term strategy and short-term priorities A confident leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes Passionate about customer experience, continuous improvement, and team development What's on offer? $250k - $300k salary Attractive bonus Northern Sydney suburbs 4-5 day p/w in office
