As our Systems Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain robust automated infrastructure that underpins critical business processes. You'll play a key role in transforming internal data and proprietary analysis models into scalable, efficient, and automated solutions. Location & Eligibility This role is based in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches Please consider your commute and travel time before applying we value supporting a sustainable work-life balance This is a full-time position, and only candidates with Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship will be considered Key Responsibilities: System Architecture & Integration Configure, deploy, and maintain automation platforms (e.g. Zapier and other no/low-code tools) Integrate internal and external systems to streamline business operations Workflow Development Design and build complex, multi-step workflows using conditional logic Test and optimise workflows to ensure reliability and performance Data & Pipeline Management Design and manage data flows across administrative, sales, and analytical systems Ensure data integrity, consistency, and seamless system communication Technical Asset Management Maintain proprietary configurations and analytical workflows Implement version control and change management practices Documentation Produce clear, structured technical documentation for systems, integrations, and workflows Technical Skills Experience with automation/integration tools (e.g. Zapier or similar platforms) Working knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar) Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations Strong understanding of conditional logic, process mapping, and data structures Experience managing versions of configurations, workflows, or non-core assets Highly detail-oriented with strong debugging skills Professional Skills Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and reliability Self-driven and proactive you take ownership from idea to deployment Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team Why Join Us?
