Our client specialises in building and manufacturing vehicles and equipment for the transport industry and continues to experience strong growth across their operation. What’s on Offer: Casual flat rate: $61.78 per hour Flat rate structure 8&6 roster Eastern suburbs location Rostered hours: 6:00am to 6:00pm 11.5-hour shifts including 30-minute unpaid meal break Ongoing long-term opportunity Workshop-based role – Perth metro About the Role: Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for maintenance, assembly, servicing, and repair work across heavy vehicles and transport equipment. To Be Considered You Must Have: Heavy Diesel Mechanic Trade Qualification One of the following qualifications: Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (AUR31220) Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR31120) Certificate III in Automotive Diesel Engine Technology (AUR31520) Strong mechanical aptitude and workshop experience Ability to work safely within a team environment Driver’s licence and reliable transport Desirable: Experience working on heavy transport vehicles or equipment Hydraulic and pneumatic experience Welding/fabrication exposure Forklift or HR licence advantageous If you are looking for a stable Perth-based workshop role with a family friendly roster we would like to hear from you.
