Position: Business Analyst Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Westmead NSW 2145 Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Westmead, New South Wales. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Identify business challenges and recommend effective solutions to improve operations and efficiency. Prepare functional specifications, reports, workflows, and business process documentation. Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support strategic business decisions. Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize business performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst.
