Introduction Support Worker – Multiple Opportunities (CSS & SIL) Warrah is a leading disability services provider in North West Sydney, supporting children and adults for over 50 years. Inspired by the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, we are a vibrant community delivering a broad range of services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Support Services (CSS), Warrah Specialist School, and our certified Biodynamic Farm and Farm Shop. We’re looking for motivated, empathetic and reliable Support Workers to join our team. Choose the pathway that suits your lifestyle: Community Support Services (CSS): Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm (ideal for school-friendly hours) Supported Independent Living (SIL): Flexible shift work including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays Description You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to people with disability, helping them live meaningful and independent lives. Key responsibilities include: Delivering person-centred active support in line with individual plans Encouraging choice, independence and skill development Supporting daily living tasks, including personal care Facilitating engaging programs and community participation Promoting inclusion and positive community connections Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting Contributing to a safe, respectful and supportive environment Skills And Experiences About you You’re someone who is compassionate, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. You will bring: Experience supporting people with disability (desirable) A genuine commitment to person-centred support Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage your time and work independently A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Requirements NDIS Worker Check Working With Children Check (WWCC) Current driver’s licence (confidence driving vans/Hiace highly regarded) First Aid & CPR Cert III or IV in Disability/Aged Care (desirable, not essential) Why join Warrah?
