About the role The Workplaces Manager leads a high‑performing team to deliver safe, efficient and high quality workplace services across operations, security and fleet, ensuring all TAC office’s run smoothly and support our people to do their best work. You’ll shape strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, oversee procurement and compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across its services. It’s a role for a confident, people focussed leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands on operational leadership to create a seamless, trusted workplace experience. Due to the operational nature of the role, travel to our other office locations and some out of hour’s work may be required. About the Team The role sits within our Corporate Operations team in the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience Division, leading a team that includes the Workplace Operations Coordinator, Commercial Leasing and Asset Lead, Security and Emergency Management Lead and Maintenance Coordinator. It’s a tight, solutions focused team with a positive, “how can we” mindset and a strong commitment to delivering high quality outcomes. You’ll be supported by the Senior Manager Corporate Operations, who encourages a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership environment. Strategic Workplace Leadership Aligns workplace operations, including fleet, contracted services, commercial leasing, security, emergency management and asset management to evolving organisational needs, driving continuous improvement and delivering key initiatives that supports TAC strategic direction. Stakeholder Influence, Compliance and Risk Management Building and sustaining strong internal and external partnerships, while ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation and policy. Provides expert advice on audits, risks, security and Workplace Health and Safety to strengthen organisational resilience, safety, environmental performance and access and inclusion.
