As a Canter Driver, you'll play a meaningful role supporting families and veterinary partners by delivering compassionate pet aftercare services with care and professionalism. About the role As part of our Client Field Team, you will be responsible for the safe collection, transfer and delivery of pets and ashes, ensuring every interaction reflects dignity, respect and professionalism. This is a casual position to start, working 2 days per week (Mon & Thu) , with a requirement to be flexible and available for night shifts as needed . Key responsibilities Collect and transfer pets between locations daily Deliver ashes in line with scheduled timelines Support the cremation and operations teams with handling and logistics Coordinate collections with veterinary clinics and internal teams Maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure vehicles, equipment and facilities meet company standards Follow all WH&S, hygiene and operational procedures at all times About you Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence Strong customer service mindset with compassion and professionalism Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and handling Flexible with working hours, including evenings or night shifts Reliable, organised and able to work independently Why join us?
