Marketing Automation Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Ambition are hiring for a Marketing Automation Specialist on an initial 3-month contract. The client is based in Sydney; however, we are open to considering remote based candidates based along the Australian Eastern Seaboard. This role will be working alongside the current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager and supporting them through a busy period of the business to ensure that they are able to deliver engaging, data-driven customer communications across Email and SMS channels. You'll be expected to: Build / Deploy email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Assist in developing campaign content, including copy, imagery and layouts Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and management timelines for smooth delivery. Assist with campaign reporting, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. You, as the ideal candidate will: Be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (or surrounding areas) Have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available) Have 1-3 years' experience in CRM / Marketing Automation, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with AMPScript and developing dynamic content and highly personalised solutions. Have great communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
