This role provides administrative support to the General Insurance team and is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast paced team. You will be responsible for: telephone handling for the team; managing client file maintenance for the team; coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence; drafting of documentation as required; and other ad-hoc administration duties as required. About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience: a minimum of one year of legal assistant experience within a law practice; strong organisational skills; a team player; excellent communication skills; experience in using client management program/s (Aderant would be desirable but is not required); and experience in using document management system/s (iManage10 would be desirable but is not required).
