Your job is to call them, rekindle the conversation, and hand them to our broker team when they're ready. No cold outreach, no door knocking, no chasing strangers. What you'll earn Base salary up to $65,000 super, with commission that kicks in from day one. Most of our agents take home around $70,000 in their first year as they find their feet - and our higher billers are consistently earning around $100,000. What the role looks like You'll work a structured call list of warm leads, people who've engaged with Compare Club before and consented to be contacted again. Your conversations are focused on understanding where they're at, re-establishing trust, and qualifying them for one of our specialist brokers. You're not closing deals. You're opening doors. Monday to Friday, standard business hours. You can work on Saturdays if you like and want to boost your billings and make some more commission, but you don’t have to. Who tends to succeed here We're not looking for a specific job title or industry background. Our best performers have come from hospitality, retail, fundraising, media sales, and customer service.
