About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in its early growth phase and play a key role in shaping its success . As the Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships and driving sales across key industry channels. Your focus will be on engaging with: Architects Building Designers Interior Designers Builders & Developers You will introduce PDS Wall Panel products into projects, specifications and fit-outs — positioning them as a smart, cost-effective and high-quality interior solution . Key Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships across the design and construction sectors Identify and secure new business opportunities and project pipelines Promote and present product solutions to key decision-makers Work with clients to have products specified into projects Provide quotes and actively follow them up. Maintain and expand an active network within the industry Manage the sales process from initial engagement through to conversion Provide market insights and contribute to growth strategy Maintain CRM records and produce activity reports. This role offers genuine autonomy and the ability to make a tangible impact on the business.
