The Role As a Mill Production Operator, you will: Learn to operate and monitor production equipment (we’ll train you) Help ensure our products meet quality standards Support the team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently Follow safety practices to keep yourself and your teammates safe Keep your work area clean and organised Work closely with a supportive team to achieve shared goals You will have A willingness to learn and give things a go - no experience needed A positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in doing a job well A team-first mindset and good communication skills Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends if required) Previous experience and/or certifications in manufacturing processes or production environment (desirable, but not essential) Why Ridley?
