Your Opportunity: We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Sleep Clinical Applications Specialist located at our North Ryde Office. The Sleep Clinical Applications Specialist is responsible for proactively engaging with sleep physicians, General Practitioners (GPs), and other key sleep stakeholders to build trusted, long term clinical relationships. This person will also drive commercial alignment through proactive partnership with Sales and Marketing on territory plans, campaigns, and KOL programs to support strategic growth priorities (rather than reactive, ad-hoc support). This role will also provide advanced sleep product expertise and clinical support to Territory Account Managers to enable effective customer engagement and solution positioning as well as design and deliver high quality clinical education programs across in person events, webinars, virtual masterclasses, and digital learning platforms. This role will directly report to our Clinical Services Manager for SRC (Sleep and Respiratory Care) based in ANZ. You are also responsible for: Physician Engagement & Ke Opinion Leader (KOL Relationships Representing Philips as a credible clinical expert in sleep through evidence based discussions, product expertise, and clinical pathway knowledge across specialist and primary care settings Partner with Territory Account Managers to plan and execute targeted physician and GP engagement strategies Collaborate with and support Key Sleep Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive clinical advocacy, best practice adoption, and thought leadership in sleep care Facilitate peer-to-peer education opportunities, round tables, and speaker engagements for both specialists and GPs, in line with approved governance and compliance frameworks Provide clinical input into the development of physician and GP facing materials, marketing, and education tools to support best practice sleep care Clinical Engagement & Training Deliver tailored clinical training in sleep products and therapy pathways to clinicians and key reseller customers Engage with customers on a consultative, needs based approach to support appropriate product application and clinical outcomes Deliver high quality clinical education, training, and product application support to internal colleagues Maintain, curate, and update clinical and learning content within Pharmacy Sleep Services (PSS) and reseller portals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility Clinical Education Events Develop engaging, evidence-based training content for SRC conferences, including interactive sessions, workshops, and masterclasses tailored to clinician and reseller audiences Support the development of presentations and scientific content for keynote speakers and faculty at sleep conferences and major educational forums Present and contribute to Philips branded educational initiatives Create, maintain, and update sleep product education materials across multiple formats (e-learning modules, webinars, masterclasses, newsletters, and digital content libraries) Collaborate with pharmacy banner group educators to co-develop and clinically review internal education content Attend and actively participate in sleep related conferences, workshops, seminars, and educational forums as required To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (Nursing, Biomedical Science, Human Physiology or Neuroscience or the relevant). 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Sleep Industry Strong Customer Service Experience Acumen – must have excellent empathy, conflict resolution and listening skills Excellent Clinical and Presentation Skills An ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers such as physicians and other relevant stakeholders (distributors, sleep laboratories etc.) to understand their full needs and support. Must have a hands-on approach, be pro-active, positive and with a growth/commercial mindset You will be confident and savvy in managing administration tasks including using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and internal databases or ordering systems.
