As part of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our dental customers, building strong relationships over the phone and delivering a standout service experience. You’ll manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, supporting customers with: Product enquiries and recommendations Orders, returns and quotes Promotions, new products and relevant activities You’ll also contribute to sales opportunities through confident, value‑based conversations and accurate administration. About You You’re customer‑centric, organised and enjoy being on the phone. You take ownership of your work, pay close attention to detail, and bring a positive, can‑do attitude every day.
