Job Description This role provides internal administrative and coordination support across consulting and marketing projects. You will work closely with consultants to help keep projects on track, supporting campaign activity. The position is not client‑facing, but it plays an important part in the delivery of work produced for major brands. You will be involved in coordinating information, managing schedules, updating materials and supporting internal workflows, making this a varied and fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Manage customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing customer data. Support the sales team with promotional activities and product launches. Monitor and manage stock levels to meet customer demands. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
