The opportunity: In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the secure, accurate and timely flow of data into and out of Workday. You'll collaborate closely with architects, platform leads, delivery teams and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant integrations that enable reporting, analytics and operational efficiency across the enterprise. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges in a large, regulated environment. What you'll do: Design, build and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems Deliver integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core and Cloud Connectors, APIs and file‑based solutions Partner with architects and delivery teams to align integrations to business processes and technical standards Implement validation, reconciliation and monitoring to ensure data quality and integrity Maintain clear integration documentation, mappings and models to support ongoing operations Support agile delivery, testing and incident resolution across projects and BAU Ensure integrations meet security, privacy and regulatory requirements To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Strong experience designing and delivering integrations within a Workday environment Deep understanding of Workday integration architecture, data structures and modules (HCM, Payroll and/or Finance) Hands‑on experience with EIB, Studio, APIs and file‑based integrations Exposure to iPaaS / PaaS integration technologies Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field Workday certifications (Integration, Studio, Data Conversion or Reporting) are highly regarded The Aware Super difference At Aware Super, we believe that diversity of thought, background and experience creates better outcomes for our people, members and communities.
