We’re searching for an experienced Product Information & PIM Governance Lead to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner. About the Opportunity This is a critical product information role, with accountability for establishing, governing and continuously improving our product information capability. You’ll manage everything from driving the strategy and outcomes, through to PIM governance and data quality – ensuring product information is structured, validated and trusted as our source of truth. Working closely with our merchandising and support centre teams, this is a key role that will contribute to the development, sales and growth of our private label brands, creating a customer driven product portfolio that gives our branch network a distinct competitive advantage. To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Strong experience in Product Information Management, product data governance, or master product data roles Demonstrated ability to define and enforce product data standards and governance frameworks Experience working with PIM platforms and complex product data structures Ideally you will have experience coaching and leading a team, supporting capability uplift and performance Experience with digital transformation projects in large organisations The ability to build and maintain strong relationships along with outstanding communication skills Solid problem solving and conflict management skills, with an ability to resolve issues If this sounds like you, put your career first and apply now!
