Responsibilities Existing and New Business Assists in preparation of pitch documents and submissions. Works with TR team to draft new business proposals and presentations, financial models, cash flow projections, valuation models, industry and market specific overviews and lease comparisons. Contributes to local and Australian based market research requests to support pitches and brokerage opportunities locally. Management of the digital case study library and proactively supporting the team to prepare new content as relevant. Analysis Source, collate, review and analyse market data Analyse data and due diligence information Develop and operate financial models and analysis (Excel) Reporting Prepare and format reports, submissions, briefs and presentations to a high / creative standard (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher) Prepare and deliver benchmarking and market commentary reports (including asset focused reports Performance objectives Provide analytical support to the team, in a busy role which works closely with external clients. Your role will include client visits, market research, financial analysis, presentation and report presentation and transaction support. Requirements Ability to prioritise. Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required. Strong organisational skills Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work towards and achieve tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Ability to work in a team environment but also be a good self-starter and initiative to take on tasks without direction. Ability to identify opportunities to improve business efficiencies, or to secure new business opportunities.
