Client & Location Information: This well-established retail community pharmacy is located in Toowoomba, just a 2 hour drive from Brisbane. Job Specification: As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the dispensary team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. Your key responsibilities include delivering high-quality professional services, managing dispensary workflow, and supporting the development of your team. The pharmacy operates on Z dispense and handles a medium script volume. You will be supported by 2 other pharmacists, 5 Dispense Technicians and a large front of shop team. This is a well supported Pharmacist Manager role. The roster is 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch break. Skills Required: Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role would be required. Strong leadership and communication skills. An ability to understand cashflow and financials within a pharmacy business.
