The Opportunity As Regional Sales Manager – NSW , you will take end‑to‑end ownership of regional sales performance, leading a high-performing field sales team and managing key customer relationships while delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop regional sales budgets in collaboration with Sales Leadership and deliver performance against targets across assigned territories Drive profitable sales growth through effective account selection, pricing strategies and implementation of price increases aligned to profitability models Maintain accurate sales administration, reporting and documentation across all sales processes Collaborate with Marketing and Channel Management to optimise distributor performance and depot relationships Identify, evaluate and develop new market and business opportunities to enable sustainable growth Develop and present high‑quality proposals, including detailed costings, commercial models and contract documentation Provide strong, visible leadership, coaching and performance management across the regional sales team Set clear expectations, activity metrics and performance targets aligned to regional budgets Build a high-performance culture driven by accountability, engagement and collaboration Sets clear expectations, holds other accountable and delivers results through strong team performance. Lead and participate in performance reviews and development planning Develop and deliver regional sales training plans to uplift capability and performance Participate in company‑directed sales leadership and development programs What we need from you Proven experience leading multi‑territory or regional sales teams Strong 7–10 years’ experience in sales management, ideally within the gas or Energy, Mining, or heavy industrial environments. Industry knowledge, including safety and regulatory requirements.
