This is a Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead role with Kraft Heinz based in Seven Hills, NSW, AU Kraft Heinz Role Seniority - mid level More about the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead role at Kraft Heinz Job Description Reporting to the Site Manager, the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead is accountable for the Health & Safety performance of our Seven Hills site, as well as supporting implementation of other Operational Risk initiatives including Environment, Facility Security and Business Continuity. You will be responsible for: Setting site direction of EHS performance through target setting and performance monitoring Continuous improvement to ensure site EHS compliance with legislation and Kraft Heinz global best practice Ensuring suitable policies, management systems and controls are applied across EHS Driving EHS audits and action plans Mitigating business continuity risks through emergency preparedness plans Qualitative and quantitative EHS reporting Rehabilitation and Return to Work Leading and participating in Environment and Social Governance, such as energy conservation and waste reduction initiatives. To be successful in this role you must have: At least 5 years experience in EHS or safety management in a manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of relevant legislation Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies (i.e. Workplace Health and Safety QLD, Department of Environment & Science).
