ABOUT THE ROLE As our global finance team continues to evolve, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the finance ERP transformation project on an 18-month contract. In this role, you will establish and lead the Project Management Office, setting governance frameworks, project standards, and reporting rhythms, while owning the integrated delivery plan from discovery through to deployment and hypercare. Sitting on the project governance committee, youll be the primary point of accountability for delivery across Finance, internal IT, and external partners. Youll manage risks, budget, milestones, and change, providing clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders. Youll also oversee UAT, training, documentation and cutover planning, ensuring the business is ready for a successful transition and sustainable outcomes. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale Finance or ERP system transformation projects, ideally within a complex, global multi-brand retail or consumer business. Strong knowledge of ERP implementations, ideally with hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM Demonstrated ability to establish and run an effective PMO, including governance frameworks, RAID management, status reporting, and financial tracking. Experience managing third-party implementation partners against contractual deliverables and quality standards. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets, track actuals vs. forecast, and produce accurate reporting. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively at Executive and C-suite level, including participation in governance committees. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear, business-focused reporting. Formal project management qualification preferred.
