The Role As a Junior Manager , you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements while working closely with Partners and senior leadership. You will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio spanning high-growth businesses, private groups, SMEs, and listed entities , while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the strategic direction of engagements. This role is designed for someone ready to step into leadership—offering real autonomy, meaningful advisory exposure, and a clear runway to Manager and beyond .
