You’ll benefit from supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, ensuring you feel supported in every aspect of your role. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working alongside Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants, all dedicated to delivering holistic, outcomes-focused care. Day to Day key responsibilities include: Supporting parents and families to understand the NDIS and make informed decisions. Provide advanced assessment and therapy to clients Work closely with families, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals and service quality. Handle diverse cases for children and adults with neurological, sensory, and physical conditions. Conduct assessments, set therapy goals, and develop individualised intervention plans.
