Job Description Managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk including check ins/outs, loyalty signups, reporting, and assisting with guest needs. You will supervise and manage the front office team while on shift, and will be responsible for effective onboarding and training. Ensuring we create unforgettable guest service is delivered to each of our guests with a focus on driving loyalty. Most importantly you will effectively manage any emergency situations that arise within the Hotel, ensuring you follow Hotel procedures and processes.
