As part of Freelancer, Loadshift is a technology company that uses innovative software to connect freight owners with transport operators in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business leads, setting up meetings for our sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of our customer base. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients and nurture relationships to drive business expansion. About the role: Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to quickly understand and articulate Loadshift's value proposition Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively Experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is a plus A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required Benefits: A meritocratic culture with the ability to take ownership and fast track your career growth.
