You will be responsible for some of the biggest industrial builds and will play a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. You can demonstrate a track record of building strong positive relationships with internal TMX teams, key stakeholders, and vendors to drive impactful project outcomes that make a real difference for both our clients and TMX. What You’ll Be Doing Lead projects from early planning through to delivery and handover Work directly with clients to define requirements and shape project outcomes Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across the full lifecycle Oversee design coordination, procurement, and construction delivery Drive programme, cost, and risk outcomes Build strong, trusted client relationships Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving Deliver clear, high-quality reporting to clients and internal stakeholders Ensure all safety and reputation standards are upheld across TMX and client environments.
