Analyst – Strategic Program Office (SPO) With our current SPO Analyst retiring, we are seeking a highly capable Analyst – Strategic Program Office (SPO) to step into this important role and continue building on the strong foundations already in place. This part-time, hybrid opportunity is based at our Brisbane Support Office. About the Role Reporting to the Manager – SPO Program, you’ll support delivery of our annual program of work by providing expert project delivery guidance, leading project Health Checks, and contributing to the ongoing maturity of the SPO Operating Model — including frameworks, tools, templates and training. This role suits a project delivery or business improvement specialist who enjoys variety, autonomy, and uplifting organisational capability. Key esponsibilities Provide expert project delivery guidance to Project Sponsors, Leads and project teams. Lead the annual program of Health Checks, identifying risks, issues and improvement opportunities. Produce high-quality reports, insights and recommendations for executive-level stakeholders. nalyse business processes, evaluate risks and help design effective and achievable “to-be” solutions. Support change management activities including impact analysis and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to continuous improvement of the SPO Operating Model, including training, templates and processes. Build strong, collaborative relationships and model RA values across all interactions. We’re on the lookout for someone with: Extensive experience in complex project delivery, business improvement and/or transformation. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including process mapping and “as-is/to-be” analysis. Proven ability to identify risks, issues and change impacts, with strong stakeholder engagement capability across all levels. Excellent communication skills and confidence preparing high-quality reports, insights and recommendations. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and business systems. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or IT (preferred), with project management and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications highly regarded. A values-driven, collaborative working style, with the ability to work independently, stay organised and adapt to changing priorities. A current (or ability to obtain) Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
