In this position you are required, but not limited to: Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders SAP Successfactors / EC & Kronos Payroll System Direct pay Awards/Agreements and identify correct conditions in conjunction with business perceived requirements Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training Support the wider team with technical and customer queries Implement payroll product - plan, review and execute the complete implementation working both at Head Office and on-site if needed To be successful in this role, you will have: Must have End to end payroll processing and working experience implementing payroll system from fruition to completion Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills The ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames Well developed analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting project and to earn accordingly.
