This role is critical in ensuring security programs are successfully adopted, embedded, and sustained across the business. You'll work closely with cyber, technology, and business teams to translate technical change into meaningful, user-focused outcomes—ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end change management for cyber security initiatives (e.g. cyber uplift programs, identity & access changes, security awareness, regulatory compliance) Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities across business units Work closely with cyber SMEs to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging Manage resistance and drive behavioural change across diverse stakeholder groups Define and track adoption metrics, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained Support leadership teams with coaching and guidance on change approaches What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Change Manager within large-scale technology or cyber security programs Strong understanding of organisational change management principles (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) Experience supporting cyber initiatives such as MFA rollouts, phishing awareness, IAM changes, or security policy uplift Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing across all levels of an organisation Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments What’s a Rich Text element?
