Synergie is seeking a Seasonal Field Worker at Adelaide region, SA. Our Client is a leading environmental organisation committed to restoring and conserving Australia’s diverse landscapes. They work collaboratively with Traditional Owners, landholders, communities, and partners to deliver large-scale, science-based conservation outcomes that benefit biodiversity, climate resilience, and people. The ideal candidate will have prior conservation or environmental fieldwork experience and confidence operating a manual transmission 4WD vehicle in off-road and remote conditions. Key Responsibilities Planting, watering, and fertilising vegetation Hand weeding and assisting with herbicide application (under supervision) Brushcutting and general vegetation management Assisting with seed collection and cleaning (as required) Following safety procedures and environmental guidelines Working collaboratively with team members in field conditions About You Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team Previous experience in landscaping, agriculture, or conservation (desirable but not essential) Requirements White Card (or willingness to obtain) Current driver’s licence (preferred) Ability to travel to various field sites Whats on offer for you As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
