The Opportunity – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead and elevate our marketing function across all centres. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, centre occupancy, and long-term business success. This is a senior leadership role requiring a balance of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy aligned with business growth and occupancy targets Drive brand positioning, ensuring consistency and excellence across all childcare centres Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital, social media, PR, events, and local area marketing Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and high performance Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with financial and operational objectives Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Oversee digital strategy including website optimisation, SEO, paid advertising, and campaign performance Lead centre-specific marketing plans to maximise enrolments and community engagement Manage agency, supplier, and stakeholder relationships Identify and execute PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making and performance tracking About You Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (CMO, Head of Marketing, or similar) Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes Demonstrated success in driving growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition Experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing (highly regarded) Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams Expertise across digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Commercially minded with strong analytical and financial acumen Experience in early childhood, education, or service-based industries (desirable) Willingness to travel between centres and head office as required What We Offer Competitive executive-level remuneration package Opportunity to shape and lead the marketing direction of a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative executive team environment Ongoing professional development and leadership growth Strong focus on work/life balance Career progression within an expanding business If you’re a visionary marketing leader looking to make a meaningful impact within a purpose-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
