As our highly valued Commercial Banker based in Brisbane, you’ll be a part of the Business and Embedded Finance team focused on grow ing our small business banking lending business. Our small but impactful co mmercial lending team is accountable for grow ing and retain ing a book of Commercial customers through effective leads and customer management We’ve also launched a digital-first banking offering for small businesses which forms part of our broader market proposition alongside our commercial lending offering. You’ll make an impact by: Deliver quality needs-based conversations that translate to positive member outcomes. Create a seamless customer experience, supported by your colleagues, through every interaction Manage credit proposals from initiation to settlement across a suite of lending products Maintain risk and compliance requirements and standards, aligned to the Great Southern Bank policies and procedures Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial lending origination Experience in sourcing and sizing up lending opportunities and writing credit submissions Retail Home lending experience RG 146 accreditation (desirable) Cert IV in Banking (desirable) Why Great Southern Bank?
