About the client Our client is currently on the look out for an experienced Powder Coater to join a high-growth metal fabrication facility located in Ingleburn. About the role These positions will see you working Monday to Friday on day shift commencing at 7.30am. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning and treating metal parts, frames, and machinery using sandblasting, chemical cleaning, or grinding techniques. Remove rust, grease, and dirt to ensure proper adhesion of powder coating. Use of Hand and Power tools Inspect finished products for defects Full training provided To be successful for this role you will need to have the following: Previous experience in powder coating or a similar industrial finish role. Broad knowledge of coating techniques, materials, and curing processes. Ability to operate industrial machinery and handle chemical pre-treatments safely. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output. Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
