Position Title: Site Engineer Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent Salary: $110K to $120K About the Role Flomar is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil and utilities projects across Sydney. The role involves working closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organising, and overseeing civil construction and utilities projects Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and monitor project progress Support the design, review, and implementation of civil works, including excavation, drainage, utilities installation, and infrastructure upgrades Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation Assist with quality assurance, safety compliance, and risk assessments Monitor project costs, timelines, and resource allocation Provide engineering input to support problem‑solving and on‑site decision‑making Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related field At least 1 years of relevant civil engineering experience (Australian or overseas) Strong understanding of civil construction, utilities, drainage, or infrastructure works Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced site environment Proficiency with engineering software and MS Office Desirable (Not Essential) Experience in excavation, drainage, or utilities installation Knowledge of Australian standards and WHS requirements How to Apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
