The Role As Duty Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operation of the venue during your shift, acting as the central point of control across all areas, including food and beverage, gaming, functions and outdoor spaces. You will lead and direct teams across bar, floor, kitchen coordination, gaming and events, manage staffing levels in real time, maintain service standards and step in wherever required. A strong on‑floor presence is essential, as you will handle customer issues, oversee functions and events, coordinate departments and manage on‑site issues as they arise. During day trade, you will work alongside senior leadership, while nights, weekends and late trade require you to independently run the venue unless a special event is in place. You will be responsible for opening and closing the venue, monitoring service, safety, staff performance and customer experience, and controlling the overall feel of the venue, including lighting, music, layout and outdoor areas. Skills & Attributes Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar senior leadership role in hospitality.
