Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a skilled electro-mechanical assembly team producing advanced subsea systems, thrusters and related technology products. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who can balance day-to-day production demands with continuous improvement and team development. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop a team of assemblers and technicians, driving accountability, teamwork and high performance. Plan daily workloads, allocate resources and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Coordinate production priorities based on demand, project timelines and material availability. Oversee electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, mechanical fit-out, testing and final product quality. Ensure smooth flow of materials, tooling and documentation through all production stages. Monitor production KPIs including throughput, yield, efficiency and on-time delivery. Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs and assembly documentation from engineering drawings and schematics. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control system issues with the production team. Work closely with Engineering to resolve design, manufacturability and process challenges. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, quality and compliance across the workshop. What You'll Need: 5 years' experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Supervision or similar leadership role. Strong background in electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, testing or mechanical systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams. Strong planning, scheduling and workflow management experience. Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs. Experience using ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office and production documentation systems. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills. Exposure to ISO9001, Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement advantageous.
