At The a2 Milk Company, we’re looking for a curious and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our global marketing team. Reporting to the Group Head of Brand, and based in our beautiful North Sydney offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a hands-on role with real ownership and exposure. Whether you’re in your first brand role or already an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll gain end-to-end experience, work closely with cross-functional and senior stakeholders, and help shape a purpose-led brand in a fast-growing global FMCG business. More specifically, you will be involved in: Supporting the Group Brand and Comms team in bringing our brand purpose, science, and sustainability stories to life Help develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and toolkit Support cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency globally Assist with brand planning, internal communications, EVP messaging, and internal campaign delivery Lead the organisation of brand assets and internal digital content systems Support brand and comms initiatives across consumer, employee, community, and investor audiences More about You: 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or communications role - ideally within FMCG, consumer health, retail, or similar A marketing or communications degree (or similar qualification) Digital literacy with some experience in managing websites and other online channels Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Great communication skills and a collaborative working style Eagerness to learn, be an independent thinker, proactive with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach This is your opportunity to shape your marketing career with a brand that’s challenging the dairy market and doing things differently.
