Known for best-in-class lifecycle marketing, they’re seeking a CRM Specialist passionate about email and lifecycle marketing, someone strategic, hands-on, and ready to drive client and agency growth. In this visible role, you’ll lead CRM strategy and execution across multiple clients, collaborating with creative, data, and performance teams. You’ll shape lifecycle strategies, optimise customer journeys, and deliver campaigns that drive real commercial impact. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end CRM strategy across multiple client accounts Plan and execute monthly campaign calendars and lifecycle journeys Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies Build, QA, and launch email/SMS campaigns; analyse performance and optimise for engagement and revenue Oversee sign-up forms, list growth, and database health Act as primary CRM contact for clients; contribute to campaign planning, scoping, and quoting Support new business pitches and opportunities Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns What You Bring to the Role 4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing Strong hands-on experience with platforms; Klaviyo & Figma Proven ability to build and optimise automated flows and campaigns Commercially minded with strong understanding of performance metrics Confident managing multiple clients or stakeholders Data-driven and creative thinker with excellent communication skills Bonus: agency experience Interested?
