The Role We are currently seeking a Superintendent to coordinate, manage, and deliver the end-to-end project life cycle for high-profile urban/land development, subdivision, earthworks, and urban renewal projects. With previous experience in the urban/land development market, the successful candidate will apply innovative, economical, and practical methods to drive the success of complex, high-priority, major urban development projects. Key Responsibilities Manage complex and large-scale urban projects from start to finish, including feasibility, design, and construction management Undertake financial management, client liaison, and contract administration of assigned projects Provide oversight and governance to resolve project issues and ensure high-quality project outcomes Provide coaching and support to project personnel Undertake technical problem-solving Source, build, and maintain strong and effective client relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities About You Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 4 years domestic superintendency experience, with an urban development/land development focus Previous experience working within an Engineering Design Consultancy High level communication skills to advise and guide project delivery in a pro-active manner Knowledge of relevant design codes, Local Regulatory Authority Guidelines and Australian Standards A track record of achievement in a similar role and a passion for building trusted relationships with tier one developers to drive positive change and win new work How To Apply To apply, click on the "Apply Now" link and follow the prompts.
