About the Opportunity You will manage a defined territory, working closely with clinics, injectors, dermatology and cosmetic medicine professionals to support product adoption, identify growth opportunities and ensure the portfolio remains market leading. This role suits a driven, relationship‑focused sales professional who thrives in a competitive, fast‑evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve territory sales targets across the full aesthetics portfolio. Plan and execute daily sales activity, meeting or exceeding call frequency expectations. Grow existing accounts through strategic business planning and regular business reviews. Build strong, value‑based relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinic teams and industry stakeholders. Maintain accurate CRM records in line with compliance and SOP requirements. About You You bring a minimum of three years’ experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, skincare or aesthetics . You are commercially astute, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and skilled at identifying opportunities that deliver mutual value. Success in this role will come from: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, planning and influencing skills. Excellent communication and presentation capability. High computer literacy, including CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint. A degree in Business or Science is highly regarded.
