Job Description Job Summary Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment. Essential job functions Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures Create specific reports and dashboards for Sales Management to support strategic and tactical initiatives Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users Continued databases clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours
