Retail Manager Praise Management Pty Ltd is looking for highly enthusiastic and sincere individual with an amazing attitude to join them as Retail Manager at their store in Bewong. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop local marketing and in-store promotional activities. Control the recruitment, selection and training of staff. Formulate and implement daily operating procedures to ensure store is adequately stocked, organized, and well kept. Determine which products are to be stocked and in what quantities Liaising and negotiating with vendors Maintain quality brand image standards as pass evaluations. Ensure that all employees are compliant with store’s operating procedures and WH&S. Budgeting and payroll. Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage. Conduct store meetings as needed with employees. Prepare and analyze store reports Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash and banking. Devise and implement promotions/advertising to maximize business revenue. Setting and adjusting the prices in line with business profitability and needs. An ideal candidate must have: Deep understanding of retail operations Strong Leadership and Team Management skills Exceptional communication Skills Resilience and Adaptability Experience Required: At least one year experience in a similar field.
