About the Role Max Lucas Construction is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a genuine opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to make a meaningful impact on our brand, lead generation, and client engagement activities. Reporting to senior management, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives across both domestic and international markets. Your duties include but not limited to: •Building and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that raise awareness of Max Lucas Construction's residential, townhouse and commercial projects among both local and international investor audiences •Tracking and interpreting market trends in Melbourne's construction and property development sector to help the business identify where new service opportunities exist and how to position itself competitively •Producing engaging content for the company's website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — including project showcases, company updates, and thought leadership pieces aimed at developers and investors •Managing paid and organic digital marketing activity, including Google Ads, social media advertising and email campaigns, and refining these based on performance data •Reviewing and improving the company's online presence to ensure it ranks well in relevant search results and that landing pages convert effectively •Overseeing the production of marketing collateral such as project brochures, capability statements, media kits and presentation materials in coordination with external designers or agencies where required •Conducting research into prospective client segments — including overseas investors, property developers and commercial clients — to better understand their decision-making drivers and tailor messaging accordingly •Working with management to define value propositions for new service offerings or project types, and translating these into compelling marketing materials •Tracking the effectiveness of each marketing channel and campaign, preparing clear reports and actionable recommendations for leadership on a regular basis •Maintaining consistency across all brand communications, ensuring the company's tone, visual identity and messaging are applied uniformly across every touchpoint •Liaising with construction project leads and management to gather project details, photography briefs and milestones that can be used to generate timely content and case studies •Identifying and pursuing suitable sponsorship, partnership or community engagement opportunities that strengthen the Max Lucas Construction brand in the Melbourne market Skills and Experience Required ·At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher ·At least 1 year of relevant professional experience ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines ·Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels To apply for this position, please submit a cover letter and current curriculum vitae (CV) to
