Job Description Reporting to the GM People Experience, you will act as a trusted strategic and tactical advisor to your assigned business unit or support function. This role is pivotal in re‑establishing and strengthening the P&C value proposition, bringing a strong team member and customer experience lens to everything you do. You’ll influence senior leaders, translate group‑wide people strategies into practical outcomes, and design business‑specific initiatives that support performance, engagement and capability. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and pragmatic people solutions aligned to business goals Establish and embed a strong P&C value proposition across the business unit Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the team member experience and drive sustainable improvements Lead and support organisational change initiatives, embedding new ways of working Drive talent identification, succession planning, development and critical role planning Provide expert advice on complex ER/IR matters and people risk Embed the use of people data, insights and dashboards to inform decision‑making Support enterprise-wide and business-specific people projects Leverage Bapcor’s group frameworks to assess and plan workforce capability
