We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Administrator to manage client service agreements and oversee contract administration within a migration services environment. This role involves preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining contracts; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; and supporting internal stakeholders in managing contractual obligations and client engagements. You will work closely with migration agents, the Director, clients, debt collection agencies, and the finance team to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client instructions and business processes. Key Responsibilities: · Review client intake forms to confirm visa type, services required, and contract scope · Prepare and issue client service agreements with accurate details and terms · Update contracts when there are changes to fees, visa pathways, or client instructions · Respond to client and internal queries regarding contract terms, fees, and agreements · Ensure all agreements comply with OMARA requirements and internal policies · Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and supporting documents · Follow up to ensure agreements are signed within required timeframes · Monitor contract progress and identify delays or inactive cases · Prepare reports on contract activity, including agreements issued, signed, and cancelled · Collect and analyse data to support case tracking and workflow management · Coordinate contract-related documentation, including authorisation forms · Ensure proper storage and record-keeping of all contract documents · Liaise with debt collection agencies regarding outstanding payments that may lead to legal action.
