This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of Neapolitan dough fermentation, oven operation, toppings preparation, and consistent product quality. You will oversee kitchen workflow, train junior staff, and maintain high culinary standards. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing traditional Neapolitan dough Operating and maintaining a wood-fired pizza oven Ensuring consistency in pizza quality and presentation Training and supervising kitchen staff Managing ingredient preparation and stock levels Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in authentic Neapolitan pizza-making Proven experience with traditional wood-fired ovens Strong leadership skills and ability to train staff High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
