We are seeking a Solution Design Manager/Lead Systems Analyst to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Solution Design Manager/Lead Systems Analyst will play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions, leading solution design activities, driving innovation, and supporting the ongoing uplift of enterprise application services. The successful Solution Design Manager/Lead Systems Analyst will secure a 12-month contract with 2x12 month extension options, based in ACT, NSW, VIC, SA or QLD. The Solution Design Manager/Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to; Leading solution design activities for complex ICT systems and strategic programs Translating business requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned to architecture Reviewing existing applications and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation Overseeing technical documentation, business process flows, and strategic planning activities Driving continuous improvement, change initiatives and alignment to ICT strategies The Solution Design Manager/Lead Systems Analyst will have experience in the following: Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, solution design and requirements management Strong ability to lead requirements definition, prioritisation and system design Experience with business process modelling, including AS IS and TO BE process flows Knowledge & experience of SDLC and Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Experience using tools such as JIRA , HP ALM, SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Design Manager/Lead Systems Analyst looking to join an innovative Federal Agency .
